Julie Chen Moonves hosts the hit summer reality series Big Brother, which returned for the 22nd season on the 5th of August on CBS.Chen Moonves was one of the first hosts on the Daytime Emmy Award-winning talk show The Talk, serving as moderator and host from the year 2010 to 2018. She was a writer prior to becoming a host, however her true passion was to write. In fact, it won her an Emmy. She also won an Emmy as a host of an exceptional entertainment talk show. The show was hosted by her co-hosts CBS News weekday morning show The Early Show between 2002 between 2002 and 2010. The previous assignments included anchoring the CBS Morning News and The Early Show. She was dispatched to Cairo following the 9/11 attacks and gave an exclusive and riveting conversation with the father of 9/11's principal hijacker. Chen Moonves interviewed celebrities such as Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie. In addition, she met with the former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani and Queen Rania. Chen Moonves, who won Columbia du-Pont for the primetime Anatomy of a Riot special that explored the 1992 Los Angeles riots, worked in conjunction with Koppel.
